DEPOSIT
An initial deposit of 25%, which is non refundable, is required upon confirmation of your booking. A further 25% is requested one week prior to the date of the event. The final balance of 50% is then payable upon the day of the event.
CANCELLATION
Should you have to cancel the event within five days of the confirmed date, both the initial deposit of 25% and the further 25% shall be non refundable.
Any booking confirmed within the one week prior to the date will require a 50% deposit which will be non refundable if you cancel within five days of the date of the event.
In the unlikely event that Carol´s Home Catering cannot fulfill a confirmed booking of an event, at any time, and for any reason, a full refund will be made.
Carol´s Home Catering is at your service, and every effort is made to make your event a success. As many of our functions are held outside, we cannot accept responsibility for weather conditions. We shall, however, make every effort possible to accommodate our clients´ needs.
PAYMENT OF DEPOSIT
Payment of deposit should be made by cash, bank transfer,or by Pay Pal details of which will be given upon confirmation. |
